A recent notable donation to Happy Tails Rescue was made by a well known and respected Portland Oregon attorney who has represented more than 500 animals rights cases over the last decade, some of which have been pro bono.  After learning about our funding need for an 80' x 120' pole building to better accommodate the Rottweilers, he determined that his dream of  "  someday  " fully restoring his classic Porsche did not outweigh Happy Tails' need today to build the pole building, with visiting and isolation areas.

Further moved by the warm memory of his beloved rescued Rottweiler, Polly, and in order to get the ball rolling to encourage more contributors, he is pictured handing the keys over to our Co-Founder and President, Dwight Ellis.    The proceeds from the sale of this classic 1979 Porsche 928 will be used for building materials on the pole building.   If you are interested in this beautiful machine, with only 80,000 miles, and would like more information please contact us by EMail:
